Our Land

Almost finished a new poem called ‘Our Land’ based on a black and white picture of my parents, around 1955, just after they were married, standing on an empty building block imagining what they were going to build there. The caption ‘Our Land’ was written underneath in that white ink they used to always use on those dark photo album pages.
